Jodie Sweitzer

Jodie Sweitzer is a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow serving as the Chief of Staff to the COO at Code For America during the year-long fellowship. She splits her time operations, marketing, and finance. Before joining CfA, Jodie was the second employee at a venture-backed digital entertainment startup, where she developed the company’s cross-platform content and product strategy. She also worked at the early-stage venture capital firm Dreamit, where she was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and managing Dreamit’s accelerator program for women-led companies. Jodie holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in English from The University of Chicago.
