Jill Bjers

Jill (she/her) is the Senior Events Manager on the Network Team. She works to cultivate community-oriented spaces for the Network, coordinating in-person and virtual events such as meetups, Brigade Congress and more. She will be working to develop a Network Events Strategy that connects the Network, our partners, and Code for America. Jill also supports the design and implementation of new Network programs like the Organizing Branches and Impact Sprints.

Jill has been a dedicated member of the Brigade community since 2013. Her background includes co-founding and leading the Open Charlotte Brigade, serving as a member and chair on the National Advisory Council from 2016-2019, and participating in the 2019 Community Fellowship program.
