User Researcher, Code for America
Aditi is a user researcher at Code for America. Her practice is equity-centered, focused on creating systems and structures that care for all that use them. She’s worked in a variety of contexts including local government, educational institutions, and enterprise software. In all of these, she's worked with users to understand how products, services, and policies could better serve their needs.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Aditi graduated with her Masters in Design Innovation and Citizenship from the Glasgow School of Art. There, she focused on how design research methods and critical theory could be used to reform social services. She is also an alumni of Olin College in Boston, MA.
