Caitlin Docker

Caitlin leads government partnerships and growth strategies on Code for America’s GetCalFresh team, which focuses on improving the delivery of the food assistance program and closing the participation gap in California. She has worked with a variety of organizations that focus on social impact, ranging from building advocates within public libraries worldwide, to helping grantees implement pay-for-success models or social impact bonds. She earned her bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington D.C.
