Program and Partnerships Manager, Code for America
Sarah manages Code for America’s fellowship program and supports scale-up of CfA’s technology products through partnership development.
Sarah has worked with a range of community-driven nonprofits both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Sarah served as a Project Manager at the Center for Effective Global Action, an international development research hub at UC Berkeley, where she led the Center’s flagship technology initiative and discovered her passion for tech for social good. Prior to that, Sarah consulted with the World Bank focusing on corruption prevention and quality management within the health sector. Sarah holds an MA in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lake Forest College.
