  • Senior Qualitative Research Manager, Code for America

Nicole Rappin is the Qualitative Research Manager at Code for America. She has worked on healthcare and social justice products in hardware, software, and the built environment. She has designed hospitals at Taylor Design, prosthetic knee joints at D-Rev, and conducted discovery research at Girl Effect. Regardless of the design medium or the specific problem space, Nicole is most excited about empowering user groups whose voices are often left out of the design process like teenagers, patients, and low income populations.
