Latorree Howard

Latorree “Tori” Howard is the designer for Team Oakland. Tori is an Oakland Native and comes to the team with several years of experience in digital art, illustration and design. Tori believes in serving vulnerable populations and has personally worked in the fields of Education, Food Justice and Senior Care. Tori is a firm believer that History informs the present and by learning where we come from we can direct where we’re going.
