Content Manager, Code for America
Emma Coleman (she/her) is a writer and editor working on Code for America's marketing team. Prior to CFA, she was a journalist covering state and local government and before that worked on the Public Interest Technology team at New America. In her free time, you can find her kayaking, reading, and volunteering with Hope House, an organization that serves folks who are incarcerated and their children. She holds a degree from Stanford in comparative studies in race and ethnicity. Originally from Chicago, she now resides in Washington, D.C.
