David Huebner

David is the Director of Talent at Code for America helping governments hire and retain great people. Previously, David worked at Google as a manager on a strategy, analytics and effectiveness team focused on data-driven approaches to improve how the company hires and retains talent. Before that, David was a founder and chief product officer for a venture-­backed startup and currently is an active advisor and consultant to a number of other startups and not-­for-­profit organizations helping them translate innovative ideas into software solutions and/or analytical platforms. David holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard University and an MBA and MA from Wharton and the University of Pennsylvania.
