Dave Guarino

Dave was the Director of the GetCalFresh project. He co-founded the work in 2014 as the team’s first engineer, playing many roles as the work and team has grown. Before GetCalFresh, Dave was a Code for America Fellow in 2013, and previously worked in state health policy.
