The Code for America Summit Executive Leadership Convening
New this year, Code for America is offering a candid, closed-door executive leadership convening at the annual Code for America Summit. This convening will bring together government leaders to address the key challenges leaders face delivering government services for the people, by the people, in a digital age.

For policy and program leaders
Policy and program attendees are responsible for cross-functional programs and budgets reliant upon successful technology delivery. Their departments and agencies deal with complicated issues, including modernizing existing systems and navigating a challenging technology landscape while meeting the public’s increased expectations of government services.
Policy and program candidates for this convening may be department secretaries or deputy secretaries, chiefs of staff or chief operating officers, among other similarly situated positions.
For technology, information and innovation leaders
Technology, information and innovation attendees are responsible for delivering the critical technology required to meet program and policy goals and outcomes. Their portfolio may include oversight and project, information security, procurement policy, transition to cloud, and the evaluation and implementation of new delivery methodologies.
These sessions will include expert curriculum as well as opportunities for attendees to share their insight, success and challenges with one another in a private environment.
Technology and information technology candidates for this convening may be Chief Information Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, or their deputies, among other similarly situated positions.
