Code for Kansas City will host an after hours event Tuesday, January 13th from 8:00pm – 10pm at Nick and Jakes. The event will feature a Q&A with Catherine Bracy, Bradley Holt, Code for America’s Senior Manager for City Engagements David Rowe, and will be MC’d by Midwest Coordinator Christopher Whitaker (that’s me!). The event is free for Gigabit City Summit attendees and $10 for non-registrants.

The Gigabit City Summit is a three-day learning and networking opportunity exclusively designed for leaders in current and emerging Gigabit Cities.

Code for Kansas City is the Kansas City area chapter of Code for America Brigade, a group of civic-minded folks in the KC metro area hoping to enhance our communities through diverse skillsets. They meet weekly to work on projects to benefit their community.

You can register for the event here.
